Maintaining consistent product quality and service is essential to the health of the Country Hearth Inn & Suites and America's Best Inns & Suites Systems. Since the traveling public is discriminating, we make sure each of our hotel franchises complies with ABF standards - as well as the expectations and standards that matter most to guests. That's why we conduct quality and service assessments throughout the year, including visits by a "Mystery Shopper" who will provide an overall appraisal of the hotel's accommodations and service from a true guest perspective. By approaching quality assurance in this manner, owners and hotel staff are provided with the information and feedback they need to build and maintain an outstanding guest experience and ensure a positive guest-stay experience throughout our chain.
