Recognized as one of the leading experts in the franchise community with over 25 years of experience, Neil Collins has provided franchise support for the last 11 years to the Country Hearth family of hotels. His responsibilities include marketing support, front and back of the house operations coaching, yield management and reservations training, customer service training and day-to-day support of the franchise community.
Prior to his current position, Neil spent several years in property management, having managed hotels for several different brands.
